Who We Work With

Surgeons, Hospitals, and Patients

One page for each audience OrganoGEN serves in Cyprus: clinical support and training for surgeons, procurement and compliance for hospitals, and plain-language guidance for patients.

In One Paragraph

OrganoGEN is a GESY-registered medical-device distributor (supplier code ZC1093), not a clinical practice. Surgeons get rep visits, in-theatre demos, training, and per-device evidence libraries. Hospitals get quotations, tender documentation, EU MDR regulatory dossiers, and OR case coverage. Patients get condition and procedure explainers plus routing to a participating surgeon; treatment decisions always rest with the treating clinician.

For Surgeons

Cyprus surgeons can request a rep visit, an in-theatre demo, a surgical-technique guide, or the per-device clinical bibliography for any of OrganoGEN's 8 manufacturers. Clinical support, OR case coverage and first-case attendance are provided by OrganoGEN directly.

  • Rep visits and in-theatre support. Response within one Cyprus business day; OR case coverage and real-time technical support for first cases.
  • Hands-on training. CMC arthroplasty (Touch®), PRGF protocols (Endoret®), SmartBone® graft preparation, and Nanofat™ harvest and processing.
  • Per-device evidence libraries. Curated peer-reviewed references with PMIDs and DOIs, supplied on request.
  • Surgical-technique guides. Manufacturer-issued PDFs and printed booklets for every device in the portfolio.
  • GESY routing. Supplier code ZC1093 for hospital billing.

For Hospitals

Hospital procurement teams can request quotations, tender documentation, and per-device regulatory dossiers (CE certificates, EU MDR 2017/745 Declarations of Conformity, IFUs) for any of OrganoGEN's 8 manufacturers across 6 countries. We supply directly to GESY-contracted hospitals under supplier code ZC1093.

  • GESY Catalogue Z routing. We get approved devices onto Catalogue Z and supply directly to GESY-contracted hospitals.
  • Regulatory documentation. CE certificates, Declarations of Conformity, manufacturer IFUs and technique guides, per device on request.
  • Supply-chain logistics. Direct import from 8 manufacturers; standard ordering, consignment, and loaner-set options.
  • OR case coverage. Clinical support on-call for first cases and complex procedures.
  • Surgeon training. Delivered at your site or our partner clinics as part of onboarding.

For Patients

If your surgeon has mentioned an OrganoGEN-distributed device or therapy (Touch® CMC, KeriFlex®, Endoret® PRGF, BMAC, or others), start with the condition pages for treatment options, then check GESY coverage for what is reimbursed and what is private-pay.

A note on medical advice. This site is informational. It is not medical advice and not a substitute for individual surgical consultation. OrganoGEN is a medical-device distributor, not a clinical practice, and does not see patients directly. Treatment decisions are made by your treating clinician.
