In One Paragraph

Aspire Medical Innovation is a US medical-device manufacturer specialising in bone-marrow aspirate concentrate (BMAC) harvest. Its flagship product Marrow Cellution™ uses a closed-tip cannula for single-puncture harvesting of bone-marrow aspirate, with the design philosophy of maximising mesenchymal-cell yield from a focused harvest. Private-pay in Cyprus - regenerative medicine sits outside the GESY reimbursable tier. Distributed by OrganoGEN as part of the private regenerative bundle alongside Endoret® PRGF, Vivostat® PRF, and Tulip® Nanofat.

Overview

Aspire Medical Innovation is a US medical-device manufacturer specialising in bone-marrow aspirate harvest for regenerative orthopaedic and pain-medicine applications. The flagship product is the Marrow Cellution™ system, designed around a closed-tip cannula that delivers a single-puncture harvest of bone marrow with significantly higher mesenchymal-cell yields than conventional aspiration techniques.

The product has an active European installed base through Aspire's EU operation, and is used by orthopaedic surgeons, sports-medicine physicians, and interventional pain specialists.

Technology focus

Marrow Cellution™ is built around a single design choice. A closed-tip cannula with side ports collects marrow perpendicular to and around the channel left by the cannula tip, rather than through an open end. Three clinical advantages follow.

Higher mesenchymal-cell yield. The closed-tip, multi-geography harvest is designed to raise the concentration of stem and progenitor cells (CFU-f) relative to conventional single-point aspiration.

Single-puncture procedure. One entry into the iliac crest, with the cannula withdrawing along a single trajectory and collecting marrow from multiple geographies along the path. The clinical argument is that this produces a more representative cell yield than open-tip cannulas that draw from a single fixed point.

No centrifuge required. The aspirate is ready for use at the point of harvest, without an off-bench concentration step. No centrifuge capital cost, no extra processing time, no additional handling.

GESY in Cyprus

Marrow Cellution™ is not GESY-reimbursable in Cyprus. Regenerative medicine sits in the private-care tier in the Cypriot system. GESY covers standard orthopaedic procedures only, while BMAC harvest and biologic injection protocols are paid privately by the patient or treating clinic.

Treatment with Marrow Cellution™ is delivered through private clinics, surgical centres, and pain-medicine practices on a self-pay basis.

Partnership with OrganoGEN

OrganoGEN is the authorized Aspire distributor in Cyprus. Marrow Cellution™ is the advanced biologic in OrganoGEN's private regenerative tier, sitting alongside Endoret® PRGF, Vivostat® PRF, and Tulip® Nanofat. The natural cross-sell pattern is combined biologic protocols: BMAC with PRGF, BMAC with PRF, BMAC with Nanofat, for the cases where the clinician wants the full progenitor-cell, growth-factor, and adipose-derived stem-cell stack in a single session.

OrganoGEN supports the procedural workflow directly. We provide the cannula and ancillary kit, in-clinic support for the first cases, and physician introductions where useful.
