In One Paragraph

Tulip Medical is a US manufacturer of adipose-tissue processing tools, supporting autologous fat grafting and nanofat preparation across both regenerative use cases (joint and soft-tissue injection) and aesthetic use cases (facial fat grafting, skin-quality and scar work). OrganoGEN is the Cyprus-exclusive distributor for the hospital channel; aesthetic clinics are served separately through AesthetiGEN. Private-pay in Cyprus - both regenerative-medicine and aesthetic procedures sit in the private-care tier.

Overview

Tulip Medical Products is a US manufacturer of adipose-tissue processing tools, based in San Diego, California. The company specialises in the surgical instrumentation and closed-system processing equipment needed to harvest, refine, and deliver autologous fat across the microfat and nanofat spectrum.

Tulip's products are used by plastic surgeons, dermatologists, orthopaedic surgeons, sports-medicine physicians, urologists, and gynaecologists. Procedural training is delivered through Tulip's partnership with the San Diego Academy of Regenerative Therapies, with dedicated courses for facial and hand nanofat work.

OrganoGEN is the Cyprus-exclusive distributor for the hospital channel (orthopaedic and plastic surgery). Aesthetic clinics are served separately through AesthetiGEN, OrganoGEN's sister consumer-aesthetics brand.

Technology focus

The Tulip system is built around a closed, sterile pathway from harvest cannula to graft output. No open transfer steps, no exposure to the operating environment during processing. The system delivers two clinically distinct outputs from a single fat harvest.

Microfat. Intact adipocytes retained in clusters small enough for delivery through narrow cannulas. Used for volume restoration, structural soft-tissue grafting, and orthopaedic joint and tendon work where the surgeon wants viable fat cells in the graft.

Nanofat. Mechanically emulsified fat, sized through the patented Tulip closed system so that the final preparation is injectable through 27G and 30G needles. Used for skin-quality applications, scar revision, fine-volume aesthetic work, and joint or soft-tissue regenerative injection.

The NanoSpin Pro™ processor is the workflow centrepiece, processing up to 120cc of adipose tissue per cycle through preprogrammed adipose-separation settings. The smaller NanoSpin™ model handles up to 80cc for lower-volume cases.

GESY in Cyprus

Tulip Nanofat™ is not GESY-reimbursable in Cyprus. Both regenerative and aesthetic indications sit in the private-care tier in the Cypriot system. GESY covers standard orthopaedic procedures only, while autologous fat grafting and nanofat preparation are paid for privately by the patient or treating clinic.

Partnership with OrganoGEN

OrganoGEN is the Cyprus-exclusive distributor of Tulip products for the hospital channel. The exclusivity is meaningful: no other Cyprus distributor can supply Tulip Nanofat™ to surgeons or hospitals. Where a Cypriot orthopaedic, plastic, or sports-medicine surgeon wants nanofat capability in theatre, the procurement route is OrganoGEN.

Aesthetic clinics are served separately through AesthetiGEN, OrganoGEN's consumer-aesthetics sister brand, which operates online and through retail.

Inside OrganoGEN's private regenerative bundle, Tulip Nanofat™ complements Endoret® PRGF, Marrow Cellution® BMAC, and Vivostat® PRF. Combined biologic protocols using adipose-derived stem cells alongside platelet-derived growth factors and BMAC are the natural cross-sell to clinicians treating joint OA, tendinopathy, soft-tissue defects, and post-surgical recovery.
