Auxein Medical is a large Indian orthopaedic-implant manufacturer with 500+ employees and an in-house production footprint of 250+ CNC and VMC machines. The catalogue spans more than 3000 products across trauma, spine, sports medicine, arthroscopy, and external fixation. Auxein implants are used by surgeons internationally.
The headline credibility marker is regulatory. Auxein became the first orthopaedic-implant manufacturer in Asia to achieve full EU MDR 2017/745 certification for trauma plating, screws, and nailing systems. The company also carries ISO 13485:2016 and MDSAP, the standard quality-system credentials that serious EU and global hospital systems expect from a long-term supplier.
OrganoGEN distributes the AUXILOCK® arthroscopy and trauma line, the part of the Auxein catalogue most relevant to Cypriot orthopaedic and sports-medicine surgeons.
Technology focus
The AUXILOCK® range covers the four implant categories that define a modern arthroscopy and trauma practice.
Suture anchors. All-suture, PEEK, PEEK-CF, titanium, and knotless variants for shoulder instability, rotator cuff, and ligament reattachment. Both screw-in and draw-tight designs.
Cortical buttons. Cortical fixation for ACL and PCL reconstruction.
Interference screws. Titanium and bioabsorbable variants for ligament fixation in the bone tunnel.
Trauma fixation. Plates, screws, and cannulated systems across the upper and lower extremity, manufactured to the same EU MDR-certified standards as the sports-medicine line.

GESY in Cyprus
AUXILOCK® is GESY-covered in Cyprus. Coverage spans shoulder, knee, hip, elbow, foot and ankle for the sports-medicine indications, plus the trauma plating range for upper and lower extremity fracture fixation. When implanted by a participating surgeon at a GESY-contracted hospital, the implant cost is included in the hospital reimbursement.
