Overview
AUXILOCK® is the sports-medicine and arthroscopy implant brand of Auxein Medical Pvt. Ltd., an integrated, research-based orthopaedic manufacturer based in India. Auxein serves more than 75 countries with a portfolio of over 1,200 orthopaedic implant products, and the AUXILOCK® range covers the full procedure set for arthroscopic and minimally-invasive sports surgery.
The AUXILOCK® portfolio is organised by anatomical region. Knee arthroscopy covers cortical-button cruciate-graft fixation (adjustable-loop GFS Ultimate, fixed-loop GFS Mini and GFS II Large, Concave button for tibial fixation), interference screws in three materials, ligament staples, and two meniscal-repair platforms (Menisco Inside-Out and Meni-Fix All-Inside). Shoulder arthroscopy covers rotator-cuff repair anchors (single-row, double-row and bridge techniques with the Rotador knotless platform), instability-repair anchors (Bankart, capsulolabral, SLAP), biceps tenodesis anchors and AC-joint kits. Hip arthroscopy is served by knotless push-in suture anchors for labral repair. Small-joint arthroscopy for the hand, wrist, elbow, foot and ankle includes interference screws, syndesmosis kits and dedicated suture anchors. The AUXILOCK® BioBraid suture and suture-tape platform is the common consumable across categories, and the AUXILOCK Protean® cannula completes the procedure set.
Implants are offered in four material families: titanium (Ti6Al-4V ELI per ASTM F-136, MRI-safe, maximum pull-out strength for medial-row and revision applications), PEEK-OPTIMA™ (Invibio thermoplastic poly-ether-ether-ketone, radiolucent, MRI-safe, with revisability and a bone-like modulus that minimises stress shielding), PEEK CF (carbon-fibre reinforced PEEK-OPTIMA with mechanical properties closer to cortical bone than natural PEEK, PLLA or titanium), and UHMWPE polymer fibre (push-in anchor bodies and BioBraid sutures). Each material has a distinct mechanical and imaging profile, letting the surgeon match the fixation device to bone quality, revision needs and post-operative imaging requirements.
In Cyprus, OrganoGEN distributes AUXILOCK® across the full arthroscopy and sports-medicine procedure set, with direct surgical support. AUXILOCK® is GESY-covered in Cyprus.

Indicated For
- Rotator cuff repair (single-row, double-row and bridge techniques)
- Shoulder instability repair (Bankart, capsulolabral, SLAP)
- Biceps tenodesis (subpectoral or suprapectoral)
- AC-joint reconstruction
- Anterior and posterior cruciate ligament reconstruction (ACL, PCL) with cortical-button or interference-screw fixation
- Meniscal repair (inside-out and all-inside techniques)
- Hip labral repair (knotless push-in anchors)
- Lateral ankle ligament reconstruction and syndesmosis fixation
- Hand, wrist and small-joint ligament reconstructions
Contraindicated For
- Active local or systemic infection
- Insufficient bone stock or compromised soft-tissue envelope for stable fixation
- Skeletal immaturity in joint-specific applications
- Conditions in which post-operative compliance cannot be assured
